INDUSTRIE REFRATTARI dispone di un laboratorio interno attrezzato la cui attività di ricerca e controllo qualità, dalle materie prime ai prodotti finiti, si esplica in varie direzioni. La ricerca è la base dello sviluppo e del progresso e grazie ad essa, il livello qualitativo dei materiali refrattari ha raggiunto elevatissimi standard determinanti nel condizionare i risultati in esercizio. Proprio per questo viene attuata una severa politica di controllo qualità nella fabbricazione dei propri materiali imposta dalle sempre maggiori sollecitazioni alle quali i refrattari sono sottoposti durante l'esercizio.

Nel processo di fabbricazione vengono adottati tutti gli accorgimenti necessari a raggiungere tale livello qualitativo ed a mantenerlo costante nel tempo, quali:

Precise prescrizioni di lavorazione per ogni singola fase del processo produttivo

Dettagliati manuali di qualità, dal controllo delle materie prime al prodotto finito.

Una struttura atta a produrre secondo i criteri della "Garanzia di Qualità". Lo stabilimento, così come il laboratorio, sono conformi al sistema di qualità in accordo alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001.

Ricerca sul mercato internazionale di nuove materie prime che possano migliorare la gamma produttiva.

Determinazione delle caratteristiche chimico-fisiche delle materie prime impiegate in fase produttiva.

Controllo delle caratteristiche fisico-meccaniche dei prodotti refrattari in ogni singola fase produttiva e relativi collaudi.

Analisi distruttive e non distruttive sui prodotti refrattari finiti.

Sviluppo di nuovi prodotti grazie al supporto tecnico scientifico e dalla continua evoluzione del mercato dovuta ad un continuo progresso industriale.

Esperienza e collaborazione con i principali laboratori Universitari italiani.

INDUSTRIE REFRATTARI has a laboratory equipped whose research and quality control, from raw materials to finished products, it is carried out in various directions. The research is the basis of development and progress, and thanks to it, the quality of refractory materials has reached high standards crucial in influencing the results in the year. Precisely because this is implemented a strict policy of quality control in the manufacture of its materials imposed by the increasing stresses to which they are subjected during the refractory period.
